While at Fidelity, I was responsible for the user experiences behind their virtual assistants. My goals were to:
Ensure that customers enjoyed and repeatedly used the virtual assistants
Create virtual assistants that could help as many customers as possible
Help educate the assistants by adding or removing utterances and properly mapping questions to responses
Determine how to further enhance the experience to help our customers accomplish their tasks
Act as a consultant to the various internal teams that were creating new Ai-Powered experiences
