While at Fidelity, I was responsible for the user experiences behind their virtual assistants. My goals were to:

  • Ensure that customers enjoyed and repeatedly used the virtual assistants

  • Create virtual assistants that could help as many customers as possible

  • Help educate the assistants by adding or removing utterances and properly mapping questions to responses

  • Determine how to further enhance the experience to help our customers accomplish their tasks

  • Act as a consultant to the various internal teams that were creating new Ai-Powered experiences
